Librarian is a tool that works to change the visual aspect of your directories and folders on Windows, so that you can create and edit new libraries as well as personalize them by changing their icons.
Windows libraries represent a group of special folders that store files in different places around your computer. What Librarian does is enable you to create and edit new libraries, something that Windows does not allow.

The program includes all of the functions that you have in the Windows 7 file explorer, but it makes managing and navigating through the folders much easier and faster.
Librarian is very easy to use: just double-click on the directories that you want to modify, and click the 'change icon' option to change how the icon looks.
